NR567 - Analysis of Environmental Impact
A guide for Prof. Rothfeder's Spring 2022 class
Using the News for Research
Academic publishing is slow, so newspapers or newsletters are often the best place to find discussions of current events and issues.
You may want to use newspaper articles to find out about controversies surrounding the National Environmental Policy Act, environmental impact statements, and federal agencies. Once you find a controversy mentioned in a news article, use the Find Legal Information and Find Government Documents pages to track down the original documents.
