How to check the status of your diagnostic or repair job

 

1.  Go to http://helpdesk.colostate.edu

Note: If you are off campus, you will first need to connect to GlobalProtect (for more information, visit the GlobalProtect FAQ).

2.  Login with your eID and ePassword.

3.  Click the "History" button at the top of the page.

DO NOT USE THE DROPDOWN MENU UNDER "REQUEST" TO SUBMIT A REQUEST - IT WILL NOT BE RECEIVED OR ANSWERED.

4.  You will see a list of your active jobs. Click the most recent ticket number.

5.  The status of your work order will be displayed.

Actions taken by diagnostic or repair staff are listed in the "notes" field in chronological order. 

6.  Don't forget to log off by clicking your name in the upper right hand corner.
