Submit a Project

Students with award-winning projects for any of CSU’s Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity competitions are welcome to submit their winning projects to The CSU Libraries' Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity Digital Showcase.

Students with award-winning projects for any of CSU’s Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity competitions are welcome to submit their winning projects to The CSU Libraries' Celebrate Undergraduate Research & Creativity Digital Showcase.

Submitting a project is easy. Be sure to have the electronic file of your award-winning project handy, because you will be asked to upload your project as part of the process. We can accept just about any file type.

  1. Go to http://bit.ly/8Y39Pf
  2. Fill out the form.
  3. If you worked with a faculty mentor, you will need to provide his/her contact information. The Libraries will check with all mentors to get their approval before the project is displayed. (Answer “Yes” to the question “Did you complete this project under the auspices of a mentor?” to enter your mentor’s name)
  4. If you worked with co-authors, you will be asked to enter their contact information. (Under “Rights” select “Share” to enter the contact info for your co-authors)
  5. Upload your project File.
  6. Review yourproject information and select whether you give the Libraries the right to display your project. (We cannot display your project without your consent).
  7. Click on “Submit your Project,” and you’re done!
