Off-Campus Library Access, in Summer
Graduate students have 2 summer options with regard to Library Access. Their choices are:
1. Full library privileges: includes, 6-month monograph checkout, access to a locker, laptop checkout, access to remote databases and privileges in Interlibrary Loan.
2. Minimal library privileges: includes 6-month monograph checkout ONLY.
In order for graduate students to have the full library privileges, they need to:
I. Enroll in Continuous Registration (CR) credit for the summer. A CR graduate student will be added to the libraries patron update and will get the privileges in #1 above.
II. Enroll for course as a graduate student for the coming Fall Semester. A fall-enrolled student will also be added to our database via patron update and will get the privileges in #1 above.
If you enrolled for fall or have paid for the CR credit for summer and are having problems with off-campus access, contact the Access Services Department.
The CR continuous registration is a Graduate School policy. Information about CR can be found from:
