About Our Collection
About Our Collection
The Veterinary Teaching Hospital(VTH) Library, a branch of the Colorado State University Libraries, was established in 1979 through a generous donation by
the Harry E. Kingman family. The collection is designed to serve the faculty, staff, and students at the Veterinary Teaching Hospital, emphasizing clinical medical and veterinary literature, including books, journals, and other materials that support the teaching and research missions of the hospital.
The collection at the VTH Library includes approximately 10,000 volumes of print books and journals, and print books from Morgan Library can be delivered to the VTH Library upon request. Library users have access to over 30,000 electronic journals and 250+ library databases, including CAB Abstracts, Medline, and Web of Science.
The library is open to the general public, including hospital clients and all faculty, staff and students at Colorado State University.

Visit Us
The VTH Library is located in the CSU Veterinary Teaching Hospital, 300 W. Drake Rd., Fort Collins, Colorado, one mile south of the main Colorado State University campus. The library is on the second floor of the hospital and access is easiest from the middle entrance at the front of the building.
Map and Directions
Visitors may park at the front of the building, in Client Parking.
CSU faculty, staff and students should park to the rear of the building in the appropriate parking zone.
