Welcome!
This guide is intended to provide relevant library and information resources to support your work. If you are new to using the CSU Libraries, you may also find this two-page summary (PDF) helpful.
The Libraries Help Desk (find Help Desk and all building hours here) provides both research (Ph. 970.491.1841) and computer/software (Ph. 970.491.7276) assistance.
Create or Reset Your Library Accounts
Content: Merinda McLure
For full access to library resources:
- You will need to know your eID eName and ePassword to enter when prompted by the Libraries' Web pages
- You will want to create the following two accounts
To create these accounts you will need your CSUID (the last 8 digits of your RamCard barcode/find it in RamWeb).
Create your library My Record PIN
- Have a PIN but can't remember it? Reset it.
Create your Interlibrary Loan (ILL) Account
- Have an account but can't remember your username/password? Ph. 970.491.1868 / email illstaff@library.colostate.edu / IM colostateill (AOL or Yahoo).
- Working as/with a research/teaching assistant?
Faculty may choose to set up a joint interlibrary loan account that both they and their research/teaching assistant may use. To do this, the faculty member should create a new account with a username and password that are different from those associated with their personal interlibrary loan account. The email address entered when creating the account can be either the faculty member's or the student's. The faculty member may then share the account username and password with their research/teaching assistant. Questions? Please contact interlibrary loan staff (see above).
Off-Campus Access: CSU Secure Access Gateway
While your eID eName and ePassword are all that you need to access library resources from off campus, you may like to work by first signing on to the CSU Secure Access Gateway (SSL VPN).
