Before you come to the library...

  • Step 1: Set up your library PIN
It's quick and easy to set up your library PIN. This library specific password enables you to place holds and requests for library items, renew books online, and review your library account.
  • Step 2: Use the Libraries' catalog
The CSU library catalog is called Discovery. The catalog helps you locate books, government documents, maps and other items owned by CSU.
  • Step 3: Get to know Prospector, a regional catalog
Prospector is a regional library catalog that is available to all students. You can search major libraries along the Front Range and borrow items quickly and easily. If CSU doesn't own something you need, Prospector can help you track it down in a hurry. Typically is takes 2-4 days for items to arrive at CSU after they've been requested.
  • Library Session Classrooms
If your class is coming to the library soon, make sure you know where you're going by reviewing the map to the classrooms in Morgan Library.

Find Your Library Session

If you have a library session coming up, we will meet in either Clark C143 or one of the library's computer classrooms. Check with your instructor.
