FRBR Grouping Improvement
Primo default FRBR sometimes don't work the way we desired.
Examples:
The Ancient Egyptian Pyramid Texts in production before change was applied.
some of the titles don't seem to be the same:
In the Sandbox (after change has been made), no multiple versions show up in the initial search:
Default Normalization: FRBR set up
Our Solution
1. Go to Advanced -> Advanced Normalization Set Editor -> Select 01COLSU_ALMA -> Section FRBR -> Select frbr:k2 Field 130
2. uncheck enabled box
3. Save the change, go back, deploy and then go to pipe list, select,
01COLSU_ALMA_RENORM | No harvesting - Update DS
run renorm/Execute.
Wait for few days to see the change.
Discussion
why other records show up as a group and why 130 can be removed.
Study of PNX
By studying PNX for all 6 records, we can tell why the are grouped together.
K2 is for field 130. I do think remove K2/130 from Normalization rule: FRBR will help.
