Account Information
In order to get the most out of your library, you will need to make sure you can access and use two library accounts. To sign into both, use your CSU EID and password.
- InterLibrary Loan (ILL) -- Use InterLibrary Loan (ILL) to get materials (including both articles and books) from other libraries. If you encounter a book or article you need that is not available at CSU Libraries, request the item through your ILL account. We will get it for you, and send it to you either as a PDF file in your ILL account (for articles) or as a print copy placed on reserve at the Loan & Reserve Desk (books). ILL is free for students to use and typically takes about 1-3 days to get materials (can be longer, especially for books).
- Primo/My Record Account -- This account allows you to view the record of books you have checked out, requests, fines, and other pertinent information. You can also renew eligible materials.
