Step 1. Verify that you have a current CSU eID and password.
Step 2. Ensure that you are logged out of any and all VPNs.
- You must disconnect from Pulse Secure in order to use library resources.
- Exception for CCHS employees: The solution for CHHS employees using work desktops or laptops is to connect to Citrix light version (in-browser version) and then access library resources. Additional inquiries must go through chhshelpdesk@colostate.edu.
Step 3. Clear your browser cache.

If you are using Internet Explorer, Edge, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox you can quickly clear cache with a keyboard shortcut. While in your browser, press Ctrl + Shift + Delete simultaneously on the keyboard to open the appropriate window.

IMPORTANT: Be sure and close/quit the browser and restart it after clearing the cookies & cache.
Step 4. Set your browser to accept cookies.
- Firefox: Click on TOOLS > OPTIONS > PRIVACY > Change History to "Use custom settings for history" > Adjust cookie settings
- Internet Explorer: Click on TOOLS > INTERNET OPTIONS> PRIVACY > Use the slide bar to allow cookies
- Safari: Click on SETTINGS > PREFERENCES > PRIVACY > Adjust cookie settings
- Chrome: Click on WRENCH ICON > SETTINGS > SHOW ADVANCED SETTINGS (if not shown) > PRIVACY > CONTENT SETTINGS > Adjust cookie settings
Step 5. Try a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.
