Mon - Thurs: 8am to 8pm
Friday: 8am to 6pm
Saturday: 1pm to 5pm
Sunday: 2pm to 6pm

Mon - Fri: 8am to 5pm

During breaks, both units typically operate Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm, plus standard weekend hours for the Help Desk.

Summary of Technical Support Services

The Central I.T. Technical Support Helpdesk provides service in a call center environment and fields questions received by phone and by email through the ticket system with an occasional walk-up client. It is the sister group of the Computer Diagnostic Center, which provides in-person technical support for personal electronic devices and uses the same staff.

The services supported by the I.T Helpdesk include:

  • Email assistance (Office 365, Outlook, Outlook Web, Google Apps)
  • NetID account assistance (account creation, maintenance, and password support)
  • Campus network connectivity assistance/setup (wired, wireless, Housing-Network Access Control Standards, SSL Gateway, Remote VPN)
  • DUO Two-Factor Authentication support and administration
  • Telecommunications support (phone troubleshooting, setting up conference calls, etc.)
  • Canvas front-end support
  • FAMweb portal support
  • Computer technical support assistance
  • Process campus DMCA policies
  • Classroom Support Services
  • College eLab support
