The Central I.T. Technical Support Helpdesk provides service in a call center environment and fields questions received by phone and by email through the ticket system with an occasional walk-up client. It is the sister group of the Computer Diagnostic Center, which provides in-person technical support for personal electronic devices and uses the same staff.
