During breaks, both units typically operate Monday-Friday 9:00am-4:30pm, plus standard weekend hours for the Help Desk.

Summary of Technical Support Services
The Central I.T. Technical Support Helpdesk provides service in a call center environment and fields questions received by phone and by email through the ticket system with an occasional walk-up client. It is the sister group of the Computer Diagnostic Center, which provides in-person technical support for personal electronic devices and uses the same staff.

The services supported by the I.T Helpdesk include:
- Email assistance (Office 365, Outlook, Outlook Web, Google Apps)
- NetID account assistance (account creation, maintenance, and password support)
- Campus network connectivity assistance/setup (wired, wireless, Housing-Network Access Control Standards, SSL Gateway, Remote VPN)
- DUO Two-Factor Authentication support and administration
- Telecommunications support (phone troubleshooting, setting up conference calls, etc.)
- Canvas front-end support
- FAMweb portal support
- Computer technical support assistance
- Process campus DMCA policies
- Classroom Support Services
- College eLab support
