The resources listed below are meant to assist in researching candidates' and candidates' stances on issues in the United States local, state, and federal elections.

  • Colorado Blue Book 

    • The purpose of the ballot information booklet is to provide voters with the text, title, and a fair and impartial analysis of each initiated or referred constitutional amendment, law, or question on the ballot.

  • Colorado State and County ballot measures 

    • KUNC breaks down each measure and what a "yes" vote on each of the measures really means.

  • Almanac of American Politics

    • Use this resource to find profiles of members of Congress and governors, as well as in-depth profiles of your state.

  • Ballotpedia 

    • In addition to information on politics and policy, Ballotpedia offers information on local, state, and federal elections. 

  • "I Side With. . ." Voting Guide 

    • "I Side With..." provides a quiz to help voters determine which candidates best match their values. This website also includes information about various popular issues, political data, polls and election data, and state voting guides. 

  • Vote Smart 

    • Vote Smart provides information on candidates and elected officials, such as their biographical information, voting records, positions on issues, interest-group ratings, public statements, and funding.
