Problem:
Harry Potter has correct citation but Deep Work doesn't.
The citation should look like
In Deep Work, the publication data is in a MARC 264 field, but the Harry Potter books have the publication data in the MARC 260 field. The 264 is new as of Sept. 2011, but catalogers didn't start using it until 2013 and later. Here's the field definition and scope. Information in field 264 is similar to information in field 260 (Publication, Distribution, etc. (Imprint)). Field 264 is useful for cases where the content standard or institutional policies make a distinction between functions. The PCC Guidelines direct the 264 to be used with RDA records. So newer works (Deep Work) will have a 264 field, but older works (Harry Potter) will have a 260.
Solution:
Primo Home > Advanced Configuration > Full Normalization Rule Configuration > 10COLSU_ALMA /PNX Section: Additional Data
Add 264 to both
addata:pub and addata:cop
Originally, the normalization rule only include 260
After change
Under Normalization Set Editior for Additional Data -> City of Publication -> Click + on the right of rule 1 to duplicate the rule and change 260 to 264. Change Action to OR. Save the change, go back make another change for publisher. Save and click go back to deploy the change. Run Renorm.
