Charles F. Lummis Collection
- Discover ...Charles F. LummisMany of the books also included original photographs later reproduced as illustrations; these have been removed from the book and placed in folders in the collection with a note regarding their original location. A few poems and short stories, and newspaper clippings regarding Lummis, his life, and El Alisal are also included in the collection.
- Papers of Charles F. LummisThe Papers of Charles F. Lummis consists of documents dated 1880 to 1982, with the bulk falling from 1880 to 1928. The collection documents Lummis' life and activities in the Southwest and contains manuscripts, photographs, newspaper clippings, and letters. The bulk of the collection consists of approximately 1000 cyanotype photographs of the Southwest, family, friends, and his home El Alisal, and 250 letters from friends and family.

- Friedman Feminist Press CollectionA valuable resource for students, scholars, and readers, the Friedman Feminist Press Collection is the largest collection of books in the Rocky Mountain West published by feminist presses, including the Women's Press Collective, Shameless Hussy Press, Diana Press, Daughters, Inc., Naiad Press, Kitchen Table: Women of Color Press, Spinsters Ink, The Feminist Press, Seal Press, Firebrand Press, and Third Woman Press.
- Monfort Runyan Music CollectionThrough the generous support of the Kenneth and Myra Monfort Charitable Trust, Myra Monfort and William Runyan are working with the Colorado State University Libraries Archives and Special Collections Department to build a collection of primary source materials for music scholars. The collection will focus on music theory, history and reference works of the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.

- Vietnam War Literature CollectionCreated in 1975, the Vietnam War Literature Collection contains imaginative accounts of Americans fighting in Vietnam. Included are fiction, plays, poetry, artists' sketches and miscellaneous works. A number of works in the collection were issued by vanity presses, printed in short-lived journals or not published at all.
Trianon Collection
Colorado State University purchased the famed library collection of the Grand Trianon Museum at Colorado Springs in 1965. The volumes are primarily belles-lettres with great strengths in French, Russian, English, and American literature. Including incunabula, rare and limited editions, and extraordinary bindings.
