Combining AND OR and NOT can be done two ways

1. Nesting (by using parentheses to group terms together)
   1. Terms inside parentheses will be read first
2. Using the database's advanced search function (see below)
   1. Leave the dropdown in between lines at AND
   2. Combine items on the same line with OR
