Prior to using Echo360, CSU used VideoPlay as the service for accessing/recording lectures. This service was supported by Classroom Media Services, while we supported users with NetID/browser issues.

If the player shows up on the screen, but the video doesn't play - when you go to the video and have the blank screen – you can see the direct video URL in a little box in the upper right of the browser window that looks like this:

The number at the end identifies the exact video you are trying to view. Cut/Paste that URL in the address bar of the secure window you are using and it will bypass the video embedding and just open the video full screen and then it should work fine.
